Overall cardiovascular workout combining high energy kicks and punches to increase endurance and strengthen cardiovascular fitness.

 

XF2: Xtreme Cardio Bag

A combination of cardio kickboxing with light contact to sand-filled bags using boxing gloves to help define and tone muscles.

 

XDIT: Xtreme Dynamic Interval Training

A high impact, cardio endurance enhancing, muscle toning, conditioning interval class developed for the serious cross over athlete or the determined student looking for the next level of

fitness training.

 

XBT: Xtreme Body Toning

A body sculpting class guaranteed to increase muscle endurance and define your physique.

 

ZUMBA: Latin Dance Fitness

A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! Routines feature aerobic/fitness training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.       WE ALSO OFFER AN INTRO LEVEL CLASS
